سلمت لجنة اللاجئين  في حركة فتح بساحة غزة، مذكرات لكل من السيد الامين العام للأمم المتحدة والسيد المفوض العام للأونروا والسيد مدير شؤون الاونروا في قطاع غزة.
و أكدت فيها على ضرورة تطبيق قرارات الشرعية الدولية التي أقرتها الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة ومجلس الامن ومجلس حقوق الانسان، ولم تستجب اسرائيل لأي قرار أممي.
وتساءلت اللجنة:  كيف لدولة الاحتلال الممثلة في الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة أن تضرب بعرض الحائط القرارات الدولية ولا تطبقها.
ويحيي الشعب الفلسطيني والعالم أجمع "يوم التضامن مع الشعب الفلسطيني" الذي اقرته الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحددة لتعريف العالم بقضية فلسطين وتوعية الرأي العام بقضية فلسطين ودعم تسوية للصراع الإسرائيلي-الفلسطيني.

Seventy-five years ago, our people were victims of a new international order, produced by the machine of World War II. As a nature of wars, the earth didn't return to its former state.

The most dangerous results were that the people who were displaced from their countries millions of widows and orphans left behind by the war, became Overnight, the ones who accepted and supported the removal of our people from its land, and supported the establishment of a new entity, so the Palestinian people became a refugee in the reefs of the earth and the frost of Arab capitals.

Although we had no problem with Jews living in our villages as people who embrace another religion, we were able to present an advanced model of coexistence, peace, and love, during and before the World War, because Palestine at that time wasn't just agricultural villages and a primitive society as they claim, in Jaffa, for example, we were pressed daily newspapers, international car agencies, dozens of theaters and cinemas, schools and universities,  likewise, we preserved Jerusalem as a holy city that embraces the Church of the Resurrection under the auspices of a Muslim family, as well as Al-Aqsa Mosque,

At that time Christians shares the Muslims with a loaf of bread and the memories of their childhood in the land of Palestine that embraced them all.

In that gap, Israel announced the establishment of its state, citing international support, as it was mentioned through the declared the State of Israel document.” The Balfour Declaration of November 2, 1917, recognized this right, and it was reaffirmed by the mandate document decided in the League of Nations, which specifically granted its approval The global community stresses the historical connection between the Jewish people and the Land of Israel and its recognition of the right of the Jewish people to rebuild their national homeland. International neglection to Palestinian cause and rights continued, and even support and promises to Israel on behalf of Palestinian rights and land, until the General Assembly issued Resolution No. 273 on May 11, 1949, accepting Israel's membership as a member state in the United Nations General Assembly conditional on Israel's acceptance of Resolution No. 181 of 1947, This has not happened so far, in a clear continuation of Israel's arrogance and rebellion against international legitimacy, international law and United Nations resolutions.

Over the years, Palestinian crises have worsened, and the violation of their rights has increased even in the refugee camps supervised by UNRWA, so our people paid a double bill for the occupation, once by expelling them from their historical land, again by continuing the occupation of all of Palestine, third time by racial discrimination and killing innocents of women and children at the checkpoints, the establishment of illegal settlements, imposition of a land, air and sea siege on the Gaza Strip, the continuation of control over the gas fields and water resources, and the freedom of travel and movement.

Unfortunately, the international community with its institutions operating in the occupied territories stands as an obstacle to the real development of Palestinian society. Rather, it is still vague in the context of disaster response as the first stage of humanitarian intervention.

We respect this intervention, as Palestinian appreciate the policies and regulations of those institutions, but we, like the rest of the peoples of the earth, need independence and dignity, to build our state with freedom, justice, and equality, to be an example of coexistence between different religions and cultures, stressing that our people are open to all experiences that guarantee their freedom and dignity.

However, Palestinian people would like to ask a question that remains unanswered for decades, which is "Why Israel was not punished for refusing to implement 131 resolutions issued by the United Nations to address the Palestinian-Israeli conflict?

We realize that the political climate is complex and unqualified to produce quick solutions to our reality, we realize that lifting the historical injustice against our people requires a great international effort, but we as a people gave everything when accepted the establishment of our state on the borders of the Fourth of June, as a step towards ending the conflict and stabilizing the region. But what we do not realize is the continuation of racial discrimination, the continuation of the occupation, the continuation of the siege and killing, and the continuation of the policy of international double standards>

We look forward to a serious stance from your esteemed institution to improve the quality of life of our people and help us build our state and national institutions.

We hope that UN Security Council can issue an urgent decision calling Israel to implement the conditions for its acceptance as a state in the United Nations by accepting the resolutions of international legitimacy and ending the last apartheid regime on earth.
